To maintain a seamless schedule and deliver the highest quality service, I kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies: • Cancellations within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service total. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service total. • Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving approximately 10 minutes late, please notify me as soon as possible.
